11 U.S. Code § 528 requires Lawyers that practice bankruptcy law to include the following statement.  "We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code." Through consultation, we assist potential clients in financial distress to decide whether their interests would best be served by filing bankruptcy under Chapter 7 Liquidation, Chapter 13 Individual Debt Reajustment, or some other option.  And my goal is to assist the client through the bankruptcy process, from beginning to end with full individual communication with me, Ronald Ryan, their Attorney. If my professional opinion is that bankruptcy is either unavailable to them, or not in their best interest, I will provide you with counseling of alternatives.
